We chose Gerber due to insurance suggesting it was our fastest option after a peice of metal cam thru our passenger window and hit my husband in the face. We were originally told it would be done by may 22nd, and it was not. It took 2 months to get the car repaired. Every time we called to see what was going on there would be no answer. We would call over 5 times a day and still not get an answer. Highly unhappy with our Gerber experience and will not be going back if needed in the future.

Charles has been great to work with. He has been professional and kept me updated throughout the repair process. When a broken part was missed on the estimate, he ordered it and replaced it. I would definitely use Gerber again
