I have taken two vehicles there one 2 1/2 years ago and had good luck. This time was horrible. In the end I got over charged and when an error was caught it was too late because they already cleared my check. I will never go back plus I will make sure all my employees and friends know about my experience. I have never had a poorer experience with a business than the one I experience with Gerber collision and glass

So when they got into painting the scratch on the front bumper they ripped it off causing me to buy a brand new bumper. So now I'm asked to pay 350 dollars more with no discount or sorry for the issue that Gerber caused

The front desk lady Heather was super nice an helpful. My problem is with the fact my car now has a chip of paint out of it that wasn't there when it was dropped off. I said something about it they was going to look at the pictures an get back with me still haven't heard from them.
