I had a great experience with Gerber Collision and Glass.The staff was friendly, professional and welcoming. The shop was clean and well maintained. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Repair was fine and detailing on the outside of the car is good, but repair service cleaned the inside of my windshield with a dirty rag and gave the car to me with foggy smears so I had to clean it when I got home. Also there was dirt and boot prints all over my backseat when I got the car back.

I was told after I left when the radar malfunctioned again that I just paid over 600 bucks to be recalibrated, that I might need a a new camera. There was no mention of giving me a credit towards a new camera because I just paid 600 bucks and got zero satisfaction. The least they could do is give me a credit towards a new camera and calibration.
