For the most part, I was very satisfied. The process was simple, I was kept informed along the way, it was easy to obtain and return the loaner car, and the work was complete on the promised date. I was, however, surprised to see that broken parts that I had picked up after my accident were left on the back floor of my car. In the past I have had service centers clean the interior of the car prior to returning it, as a courtesy. I was mildly disappointed that that hadn't been done. I suspect that that is the difference between a small, local business and a larger corporation. Thank you.
