My truck repair was completed well ahead of the projected date, parts were ordered ahead. The repair was very satisfactory. The only reason I didn't give a 10 rating, was because of their automatic texting notifications. The initial day I was to take my truck in for the repair, I received a text saying my appointment had been canceled. Message sent in error. Secondly, I received a message during the repair indicating my repair would be completed 2 weeks out and would be completed on 12/25. (I don't think so) Not major issues but did give me hesitation about their competency

I was referred to Gerber Collision and Glass for the repair for my 2013 Hyundai. A problem other than the accident damage was discovered in the 1st inspection of the car. Jesus worked with the Insurance company as well as trying to locate parts. He kept me informed almost daily by call or text. The damage repair absolutely perfect(excellent work)& the price was right. Everyone in the office was very kind and patient with me. My being 86 yrs old, this was quite a challenge for them. Thank you everyone at Gerber Shriley Sauls
