I had another vehicle to be repaired i was going to bring in but I will no longer.

When I picked up my vehicle, I was not satisfied with the outcome of the job due to the fender and bumper not matching up and a severe vibration in the tire. There was almost a one inch gap between the front fender which they replaced and the bumper which to their account was not removed. Also, the hood did not match up with a headlight, creating little to no gap between the two possibly causing issues with the headlight cracking when i close the hood in the future. The alignment was off, my steering wheel was turned to the right when tge tires were straight. They did repair that after i brought the vehicle back in the following day. I brought my concerns to the manager. He did nothing but make excuses. When you can clearly see it was not a professional job. They did take the vehicle back for a day to perform an alignment and run a diagnostics at which time told me the rim is bent in the same area the impact was made to the vehicle causing the severe vibration in front passenger tire. He then proceeded to tell me this was not caused by the accident , which clearly it was because it was not like that before. I'm not satisfied with their work. I will not be bringing any other vehicles back here.

The front office was professional and courteous.The person I dealt with initially was as well. The manager made excuses and tried to over talk us when we were explaining the issues stating that it was an older vehicle , and that's just how it was going to be.
