Had mechanical issues that I was told were not due to the accident, so it wasn’t covered. Took my car to my shop directly after picking it up from Gettel and they found the problem and said it IS a direct link to accident. I got screwed

It was a good experience my car looks good . My only complaint would be having to take an Uber Ride to the car rental and the 40 min wait . I understand that things are a little different right now . But having the rental available when I dropped my car off would be better .

All of the employees at Gettel Toyota from sales to Collision are very professional and helpful I enjoy doing business with a company I will keep buying cars from them and if unfortunately I need the Collision Department again I will take my car there knowing it will be done promptly and correctly the first time
