Our brand new vehicle was involved in a high speed collision , upon our first inspection of our repaired/ "it will be just like brand new " when you get it back you won't even know it was nearly totaled ! We discovered several issues with body paint / body work , truck lid ascew, gas tank lid ascew, door with ripples and paint drops , wheel well with dimples , inside the trunk you could see where the metal was stretched outside underneath was banged back ( we were told this would all be BRAND NEW everything , Grant was made aware of all defects in the paint which appears as orange peel !!! He advised us they would keep the car and have everything fixed -- 5 days later we returned for inspection , sound deadening material was glued into the trunk , trunk was better still a bit off ( which means the car is still not straight on point .... paint wasn't fixed merely buffed the car put , we asked also about a 4 wheel alignment , he stated it wasn't done but " I'll take it out of my own pocket " and have it done .., along with all defects pointed out again .. after another 5 days out cara was "ready" ! My husband excepted the vehicle and was told any problems we will fix it ! Welllll - we have been back to your coliision center 4 times since , license plate lights not working / tail light sensor not working ( which thank God I was about to follow my husband in the pouring rain at 10 o'clock at night discovered he has absolutely no rear lights !!! He could have been seriously injured or killed had it not been me behind him - fuse was replaced and connection for lights was fixed . Now hos gas tank opens when he presses unlock with his remote when entering the vehicle and our paint is less than exceptional. Everyone ( especially Mark ) has been very helpful ... Grant in my opinion is a yes man , said what I wanted to hear yet never followed through ... when my husband brought his vehicle home his steering wheel was wayyy off -- the 4 wheel alignment was NEVER DONE - so back my husband comes , Mark immediately took care of him and apologized profusely ! I spoke with Grant on the morning my husband picked up the car with my husband sitting in his office for a complete itemized billing to the insurance company as well as everything that was not completed and needed to be done . Didn't receive that . I apologize for this lengthy comment however , when people's safety is at risk and you promise something , follow through ! Integrity within your job should be paramount ! We are disappointed to find in Grants case this wasn't so . And our vehicle still looks far less than brand new by any means , our paint job alone is a constant reminder of an accident that has rendered me permanently injured and absolutely petrified to be in this vehicle ! Grant was very personable and professional. As being the 1st and last person I dealt with, he made me very comfortable that my car would be taken care of. He was not wrong. The persons that did the body work definitely knew what they are doing! You can't even tell my car was even damaged. Every detail that Grant said would be taken care of ...was. I highly recommend the Gettel Collision Center.
