Arash was great to work with. He provided me with updates on the status of my car’s repair in a timely fashion and was patient and informative. Actually still in the process of completing the work on my car as I have to bring it back for buffing, cleaning and final drive check in a few days… I had to return my rental car and made arrangements to come back for the final touches.

The shop is 10. Paying the deductible could be more customer friendly. A charge for the use of a credit card seems like a cheap shot and no checks says you trust no one. I have bought cars at aGettel Toyota. Seems customer loyalty isn't high on the priority list
