First time ever to receive a bad costumer service from Toyota. Will never come back to this shop, it was stressful dealing with your staffs. they need trainings for proper costumer service. Male receptionist who doesn't listen, Bryan Fisher who never return calls. I made a lot of calls starting to scheduling the drop off car to calling for updates but he never return calls. He never explain the process of repair, he never showed up to meet me from dropping my car to the shop and when I got my car back. You can review your camera to see the kind of costumer service I received.
