I contacted Gietl Bros to arrange for an estimate for body repairs on my pickup truck.. Each time they were very courteous and businesslike. They explained how the insurance company and their shop would manage the repair work. Since they are a certified shop with my insurance company, I did not have to obtain several quotes. The repairs were made in a timely manner and I was kept informed on the progress of the repairs. I had dreaded dealing with the insurance company and a repair shop. They made the repair process hassle free and so easy. The quality of their repairs is excellent. I will highly recommend Gietl’s shop to everyone.
