Went here for a repair of my side door back whele lining after a car accident, Brian went above and beyond the car is shining looks brand new the inside was even cleaned front desk answered all my calls. Repair took way long but I managed Brian noticed my battery was on its death bed and provided me with a new one and gave me a discount and installed a new one for me.! He noticed my check engine light came on after the accident and went out his way to see if insurance would cover it. I appreciate the in depth repair gietl brothers.!

From drop off through hand-off/pick up, service was outstanding. Communication was superb and I'd rate this business as a 10/10. Hopefully won't be a frequent flyer, but if there are auto body issues in our future, Gietl Bros is where we'll go to get the work done (finished results were also outstanding and they even gave us a car wash and interior cleaning as well!).

The front door seems like it might be tightly fit. I shut it and I didn’t notice the door wasn’t close in turn the Tran wouldn’t go in gear. That took 20 min to figure out. But seems to work now
