I intentionally chose Gig Harbor Auto Body for my repairs & wasn't disappointed. It is rare these days to find people who take a personal interest & enormous pride in their work as well as connections. From start to finish Stan and those he's employed took special care of my vehicle, it's repair & my feelings. I got to spend quality time just chatting with the owner, Stan (when does THAT ever happen?). He explained everything in detail even showing me pictures & also Greg who took his own time to help me with a completely unrelated issue! Invaluable in creating a feeling of satisfaction & trust! No wonder they have so much business! If you feel it's taking "a long time" to get to or to complete your vehicle - I can attest to the quality & care they take WITH your vehicle to get it perfect! 10 STARS from me!
