Unfortunately, there was a 10-day delay in commencement of the repairs after I initially brought the car in for repairs, and an agent called me to urgent me to call the insurance company that was supposed to be covering them. The agent basically took a "too bad so sad" attitude with me.

I want to thank the Gillman Collision Department for taking my vehicle and and doing an amazing Job with it. Also, Lee Dionne and his colleagues were very professional and available when I needed them they made sure the job was done right and to my satisfaction. Just a Few Minute issues when I came to pick it up but I spoke with Lee this morning and we are on the road to making sure it gets handled. Awesome job by all and I will definitely keep Gillman in mind for future references. Thanks Again.
