Genry was very fast talking as if to hurry up & get me in and out quick..and not in a good way. My vehicle was being repaired through another person's insurance & I inquired about having a couple other things done to my vehicle while it was in being repaired, I was told he would call me back to let me know how much those things would cost me & he never called. The entire process felt rushed & I didn't feel as if me or my vehicle mattered. I have come to this particular dealership's body shop multiple times & the service gets worse each time. Next time I will consider a different Chevy dealership.

Genry was "helping" me while my vehicle was in for repairs. The entire processed felt rushed & it didn't feel as if me or my car mattered. I inquired about having additional work done to my vehicle that I wanted to pay for & I was told he would contact me to let me know how much it would be but I never received that call. I have been to this particular dealership's body shop, service & sales department many many times over the years and the service at the body shop gets worse & worse every time. Even though I purchased my vehicle from there I will consider a different Chevy dealership if I ever need the body shop again.
