The only issue I have is that ibknow I have the right to choose where it gets repaired at, but I have the right to choose parts as long as they are a reasonable price. So with that, I felt i didnt have a choice. The person working with me just sends me a summary at one point of where he got the parts from. All over the place. I looked online using the part numbers at Ford's website and many were cheaper new rather than going to these other places. I didnt get any communication if it was ok to move forward with the parts chosen.

I have already contacted the reps at the collision center. The grill and bow tie were not the original black color. I will be returning on Monday for the corrections and was told it will be completed with 1.5 hrs.
