The car was fixed just fine, but the weekly reschedule on the due date (instead of at least 1 day before) and for so many weeks was frustrating. Had to call on some days the repair was supposed to be completed because they never sent update that car isn't ready on the promised date.

Raul, has dealt with me on two different accidents to my truck. Each time he did a great job. When I say great I had specifics. I needed certain parts replaced and certain parts kept, that were completed on both occasions with me, and only having to ask him ONCE. As a business owner that is a rare quality to have and am very proud to have him work on my truck any time.
