My battery was checked and needed to be replaced. I had a warranty, so i had to take it yo a dealership. I was in katy, so i called westside chevy and although they had a battery, they told me i had to schedule an appt and it would be most likely monday before i could get in. So i called classic because you just fixed my front bumper in an arx and they said just come by before 4 and we can do it! They even took care of something that was hanging from my front end repair! I think i have officially changed shops! Thanks!!

The manager & the advisor were the best. I am from Lake Charles & I evacuated to Houston. My house had a tree inside of it. With the stress of the hurricane, the last thing I wanted to worry about was my car repair. I selected Classic Chevrolet because it was close to the hotel. I had no idea what type of service I was going to receive. I was not disappointed. The manager & service advisor went above & beyond to make I was taken care of. There are not enough words to express how happy I am with my repair & the GREAT service I received. I give them 10 stars not five stars.

I live in Lake Charles & was a Hurricane Laura Evacuee. My car was damaged durin the hurricane & the only option was to have it repaired in Houston. I was unsure about the service because I'm not from Houston. OMG! They went above & beyond for me. Everyone was so nice & thoughtful. They made a bad situation so easy to handle. When I dropped my car off, I knew that was one less thing I had to worry about. With a tree inside my house, I knew they were committed to repairing my car correctly. I do not have any complaints. I definitely recommend them.
