I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service from all departments as well as the work done on my car. Ruben was a pleasure to work with and always kept me up to date on the status of my car. The enterprise manager was also very pleasant and worked with me to get a rental that was most similar to my car without exceeding my budget. I was even more satisfied to see that my car had been cleaned inside and out and left spotless. It is so common to come across horrible customer service and has almost become normal to me. It was very refreshing to come across a business that holds themselves at a higher standard. I am very pleased and will be referring customers to your location.

I prefer to have my OEM dealer make body repairs such as I did this visit. It would be more helpful to know up front what the actual repair cost is and also the covered amount under insurance what that is upfront before the final cost of repair is presented.

Genry was super nice & professional. What I really liked, was that my car was only in the shop for 2 days. They got the job done quickly & efficiently. They even took the time to wash my car for me! The Only suggestion I would make is: The receptionist needs to be friendly. When I went to pick up my car, I tried to hold a conversation with her, and she was very dry! No energy, or customer service skills at all! Other than that, Classic Chevrolet your service and work are exceptional. It felt great to receive my car back, looking brand new again!!
