My car was taken to Northwood after being towed to a different shop initially. Once at Northwood, Kevin called multiple times to give me status updates along the way. He was also quick to get on the phone when I called the shop with questions. They went out of their way to finish the car early for me as well due to an out of town job appointment I had. I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Gil's Northwood

Great communication. Parts coming in took longer than expected but due to vendors being slow. One part they received was cracked so I need to go back in. Everyone was very nice to deal with and the car repair looks great!

Work looks great. And they helped with a temporary repair, since the damage occurred the day we were leaving on a long road trip. Held up great. Office and tech staff all courteous and professional.
