The damage to my vehicle was repaired in a great and I was very impressed with that. The part I was not impressed with is that when I arrive to my vehicle, for some reason why my guard get pulled off my car. Then it was replaced with a completely different ring guard that I had. Your employee told me that it new rain guards were ordered and would be put on in a few minutes. Almost an hour later she came back to me and said my vehicle was ready and I was not to open my windows for 24 hours. I requested that my rain guards be replaced with the rain guards. I had that stuck on the outside of the vehicle door, not on the inside of the window track. Later that week, I was advised that the rain guards came in, but they were the same ones already had in the vehicle. To add insult, the driver side ring guard has broken because the window hit it too many times and my passenger side window will not go up unless I physically move the rain guard out of the way. I have always had nothing but great things to say for Girard Nissan. However, after this experience, it will not be my first choice for here on out.

Girard Motors did a great job with my car. I think they went above and beyond because the finished my car in 8 days instead of 9 days… and the washed my car fixed the license plate and my tires were very shiny!
