The adjuster or person in charge was incredibly rude. Brushed off my concerns without fully listening and before even looking at the car or damages and then dismissed me. Had I known of anywhere else to have taken my car I would not have used Girard motors because of this attitude.

I had my car brought in to replace the front bumper, and after service was complete, the front turn signal lights no longer worked, even though they worked going in. Even though i have made an appointment to head back in to have them looked at again, something as basic as that should have been tested before the vehicle was handed back to the customer, especially if the headlight assemblies had to be removed to do the job.

From start to finish I was extremely satisfied with Girard's service. Everyone was very pleasant, the repairs were done quicker than I anticipated and I was able to pick up my vehicle and drop off my rental car around my schedule without having to miss work.
