Part of my claim was rejected. No one informed me. I only found out at vehicle pick up. I neede the body shop to inquire how we gwt it covered. Travelers approved it then and now i must return for another appointment. This will cause me to be without a car for at least 3 more days. This all could have been avoided with proper communications by travelers.
