I appreciate that it was completed on time when you said it would be done. Glass & sons fixed my car almost 4 years ago when a deer decided to cross the highway & you did an excellent job then. Not completely Glass and sons fault but was suppose to take 5 days and took 15. Emails on progress weren’t always timely and accurate. Work was excellent

I didn’t like that it took a month to get my car back. It was unacceptable! Something that was supposed to take a week. If after 5 days the part didn’t come in and then after another 5 days it didn’t come in, I should have been told to pick up my car and you guys would call me to bring it back in when the part came in. I believe it was handled poorly. I didn’t need to rent a car for a month. Even though insurance covered the cost, it was an unnecessary expense.
