I was very pleased when I received my vehicle back! It was a flawless repair, and I also was made aware of a missing sensor that was also replaced. While it was a little longer than I anticipated, I do understand there was some confusion with my insurance company and payment. Outside of that, I’d both recommend Glassman and utilize their services again should I need them!

When the key is in the ignition, it gets sticky between keeping the car running and turning it off. Not smooth at all. I called the Body Shop and I have to somehow get the car back there. I run a business between 9am and 5pm so it’s not easy to get there without losing sales. Any suggestions? Bruce Beattie 313-549-8987

I would never recommend this place and their poor customer service to anyone and I will never use Glassman ever again.

This place is beyond unprofessional. Pictured below is the damage I needed fixed. I dropped my car off 11/13 (after waiting one month to be able to drop it off) and could not get it back until 12/14. This place does not care about customer service satisfaction. I got no updates until I called and if I called too much the receptionist just hung up or transferred my call to the service desk. I was given miss information on when repairs where being done, and when I told them I knew they were misrepresenting the dates (my insurance company was sending updates on estimates and payment dates) their stories changed on why was car was taking so long. 6,000 dollars and one month later I have my car back and will never in life recommend or use this company again. I gave a 4 only because the work look okay but I would never use this place again.
