Prior to having the car actually repaired, I was misinformed by one of the women who answered my call; I had a scheduled an estimate the first time I called and layer called to reschedule it for a different time. When I called to change the time, the woman told me I didn't need an estimate because I was using AAA and they would go based off the paperwork received from AAA.. Then AAA I definitely needed an estimate because they had to approve it before repairs could start. So then I went online and scheduled the estimate but a week was lost in between due to the misinformation given.
