I was kept up to date on the progress of the repair but the process fell apart when the vehicle was sent to Glassman service for the recall on the sliding door. I didn't know if I was supposed to pick up the car from the service dept. or at the repair shop. I called both places a couple of times, and final got an answer on the third try. Other than that, I was very pleased with the job.
