Even though it went a little longer and I have only had my vehicle for 2 days, the repairs look perfect and the vehicle was clean. If I had to be picky, the engine and hood could have been cleaned (maybe it was) and the steering wheel was missed being cleaned. Everything else looked great.

Poor communication I had to call all the time to get updates. This process almost took a year, and I would call and no one could give me any answers on when the Jeep corrosion would be fixed. I finally was told to bring my Jeep in and I was told that all I had to do was bring my Jeep in and a rental would be at the collision office and I didn’t have to set up the rental car. I got there for my appointment and no rental car was available so I had to drive home and wait until the next day to get my Jeep fixed as I wouldn’t have had a vehicle to drive. The next day they had a rental and it took 5 weeks to get everything fixed. It all looks ok I hope that it is. The whole 5 weeks they were fixing my keep I heard nothing until July 13 that my Jeep was to be done that day, I was told 2 1/2 weeks for the Jeep to be fixed. Very frustrating

Took car in to have small scratch buffed/repainted. Was something they missed a month earlier when car was there for more extensive repair. They provided rides home and back to shop l. Rrpair done in less than a day. They did an excellent job, plus did not charge me for this repair that was missed the first time. I highly recommend Glenbrook Collision. Every employee—from the front desk gal to the estimator to the driver who gave me rides to the asst. mgr.—were friendly & professional.
