Body work and paint were excellent. Truck was not very clean on the inside, and I had to wait when I gave 3 day notice of when I would be there.

I want to start by saying Jeff took care of all our issues without a hesitation or dispute. When I took off in my Mercedes Benz after putting trust into this getting fixed after my horrible car accident I lost trust instantly when I took my car out on Coliseum Boulevard and it wouldn’t go above 25 MPH. I had two little kids in the car and people were honking and I couldn’t Accelerate to get out of their way it brought back memories of my accident. When I finally got my car back to Glenbrook collision center my husband asked me to open the back end of my car where my accident was that’s where I found my car was totally covered in some sort of white dust. My car came there clean inside and this was a huge shock. I normally do not write any type of reviews but I guess I’ve never been so disappointed in some thing in my life. Not only to mention I was scared of another accident when I went out on the main road I’m wondering why it wasn’t tested then after it was repaired but yet released to me. Before I had left the first time I let them know that there was lights on in my car an emergency light and another light and they said it was nothing they could do that they didn’t fix wire related problems but I let them know it was not on there before the accident. I hope that my car is repaired 100% the way it should be as now I’m having second thoughts of something bad happening when I’m driving it my confidence of having a safe car back is gone.

Fantastic work, the car looks great, I just wish I had my car sooner than 1 week (I recognize there was a shipping issue) and I wish I could have gotten my vehicle in the shop sooner. I had to schedule it 6/7 weeks out. Otherwise, friendly service and great communication.

I love these guys and their work. Totally professional and upfront on everything. They did a great job on the fixes and I’d recomend glenbeook collision to anyone. Justin was great to work with. Sure it took longer than expected but you never can tell when a shipped part will actually arrive. Again great work great guys.
