The lack of communication at the start of my repair did not inspire confidence. Once I started initiating communication it improved. I was told that they were really busy. That seems hard to believe as it isn't even snow season. The repairs, once finally completed, seemed to be done well. The car wash guaranteed by my insurance was horrible. There was no attention to detail in that matter. I am hoping that they at least were detailed in repairing my vehicle. Time will tell.
