When I brought my car in I had absolutely no sensor issues. My car is heavily relied upon to let me know how close I am to storage I have in my garage. When I bought the car in the sensors worked. Now that I have it back I pulled into my garage and the sensor didn’t work. You guys relied on a third party to fix my car a they didn’t finish the process. Not only did they need to fix the bumper but the sensors are connected to the bumper. You can’t fix the back without fixing the front. Now my system is broken and your third party broke it. I took a photo where someone tried to poke it open and further damaged the bottom. I will report this to AAA ASAP.

The repair of my bumper was good but the sensors that was replaced in the back doesn’t work unless you repair the front sensor according Glendale Auto Repair. The sensor is broken due to the accident. According to the intake associate he stated they tried to repair the front but couldn’t and it would be costly. I took a picture of where someone tried to stick some thing in the sensor socket and dented it in. And someone tore the fining behind the front grill trying to get to the sensor.

I was given 2 different stories of the situation with the sensor that was dented. The last guy insinuate a car must have hit me there. The intake guy explained they tried to fix the front sensor and couldn’t get to it , and said it would be costly to correct. The sensor worked before the accident.

Tray took the time to walk me through how it was going to process, how long it was going t take, the price and he immediately set me up with enterprise. When I got my car back the work was spotless like nothing ever happened the bodywork and paint looked amazing plus they cleaned my car. It was returned to me very fresh and clean.
