Bagner is very thorough in explaining what needs to be done and how much it would cost, timeframe, that it was done before the estimated completion date, and the color of the bumper match was spot on. He makes everything convenient for his customer, he waited until I got there late afternoon to pick up the car. Highly recommend this shop.

Trey’s service was excellent, he made sure the entire experience was smooth and worry-free. He worked efficiently and got everything done quicker than I expected, without sacrificing quality. Glendale Autobody was a 10/10, with flawless and supportive customer service and a very quick turn around. Bagner was amazing. He truly went the extra mile to demonstrate competence, professionalism and care. He was patient and thorough and inspired total confidence. We expected our car to take over a week to repair, but I explained that we needed it as soon as possible, and Bagner took that to heart and had it done in under 4 days. We dropped it on Monday afternoon and it was ready on Friday. He was so kind and trustworthy, it felt like a family member took care of us. We will return to Glendale Autobody should we ever need future support, and we will refer everyone we know. Incredible experience. Thank you, Bagner.
