There was a little scratch on the back rear side of the car that was not there before, which I believe happened at the shop which was not talked about prior to picking it up.

I brought my car in to be looked at about 3 months ago. A few weeks later, Liberty mutual reached out to me to explain the auto body shop “has not seen me”. I explained I was already here and the auto body shop insisted they have never seen me. So, I bring the car in again to be looked at and to order parts needed. This was about a month and a half ago. I had to call them 2 days ago and ask what is going on. Nobody has reached out to me. The auto body shop tells me my parts were sent back. WHY!? Nobody has called me to tell me bring my car in. Clearly upset, the auto body shops tells me “I can get your parts in here by tomorrow”. So if you can get them so quickly what happens been talking so long. Terrible communication and customer service

This was a terrible experience. The adjuster was extremely rude and I would be happy to speak to someone about his service. The worst professional I have ever interacted with. The work was not completed and I was not informed that the door was not covered.

There was almost no communication at all. No one would answer the phone when we called or return messages, and eventually the mail box was full and wouldn’t even take messages. Then when we picked up our car the windshield was broken when it was not before. We could have easily been informed of this, and it could have easily been fixed in the months you had the car or the visits to the BMW dealership. We now have the car but still need to wait to have it fixed again. The other damage was fixed but it was very frustrating being left in the dark. Very disappointing experience.

This place was horrible, managers were rude. I would never recommend anyone to go here. My car was never fully repaired and cheap parts were used to replace the damages. They were unprofessional there and damaged my car even more. They took forever to follow up with me so I left to another shop, my sister had the same issue with them more than 5 years ago. If you go and read their reviews it was mostly bad ones. This place is so unprofessional!!
