Gluckstadt Body Shop was very courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. They gave generous updates on my vehicle repair. When it was time to return my rental car, due to short staffing issues, the rental company didn’t have anyone to shuttle me back to Gluckstadt Auto Body to pick up my repaired vehicle. The owners wife was kind enough to personally pick me and my children up at the rental car facility without any hesitation.

I was told to bring my vehicle back if I noticed any repairs that might have been missed or overlooked. Turns out, I did notice one small part that was broken that needed to be repaired and without hesitation, they examined the part, ordered it, and I am scheduled to have it replaced once it arrives at the shop. Everyone was kind, and very approachable.
