I was at first slightly frustrated with the minimal communication about my repairs, as well as my initial inspection of my vehicle. However, the team was quick to make things right, wonderfully responsive and the results exceeded my expectations! Not only would I use this business in the future I would refer to other! Very happy with my experience overall!

The work and interface were excellent. But, Tuesday morning the website said it was scheduled to be ready Thursday. I phoned to confirm and was told the same thing. An hour later, after I put gas in the car for a trip I was called and told the car was ready now.

The staff is beyond super helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. They answered all of my questions, and the constant updates were amazing. There was never a doubt that my car was in good care.

I found a crack on the windshield, I told the guy who went through the process in the time of delivery, he is not very helpful . He reluctantly wrote a notice on the paper, but I insisted, he wrote it down. I didn't blame anyone yet, he showed some bad attitude, and I don't think he is very easy to communicate. Before I think it's was a good experience, but final delivery process is not professional and unpleasant

Repair was delayed by 10 days When it was delivered , there was a dent on the hood . Had to bring back the car for foxing that Never get a call back when they promise they will call back. Very poor customer communication
