Though I had to wait 7 weeks for an appointment (I thought this could be evidence of Gonz's popularity for auto collision repair), everything went perfectly. I dropped it off on the appointment day, 4-day repair time remained as expected by the insurance adjuster, Gonz communicated with me by email during the process, car was ready as promised, the charges were exactly as estimated, they handled the part of the payment coming from auto insurance, and best of all, the results were excellent. They did a beautiful job of repairing a dent on the right front side panel/bumper area caused by flying tire-retread debris on the freeway. The bonus was that unrelated small marks on my front bumper are now gone because the bumper piece needed re-painting. And the staff were informative and friendly. I couldn't be happier. They did a truly exceptional job. This is the first - and I hope last - time I have needed auto body repair in this area, but I would definitely use Gonz again and recommend them to anyone who needs auto body repair.

This is the first time I've had auto body repair in this area. Gonz Auto Collision Center is named on AAA's list of approved providers and I can see why - though I had to wait 7 weeks for an appointment, it was worth it. The work was very well done and I would strongly recommend Gonz to others.

Quality of the repair is perfect. There is no evidence that anything happened to the car. The dent is completely gone. Two parts of the car had to be repaired and repainted, the side panel and the front bumper. With the front bumper being repainted, some previous unrelated marks and nicks are also now gone - a bonus. Great job.
