Your representative Robert was very thorough in explaining the process and the anticipated repairs. I really liked the emails that you sent...not because I was anxious but because it shows that Gonz Collision is doing whatever they can to make the repair process a happy and comfortable process. I was completely pleased with the experience. John at the front desk was very nice and very professional both while estimating the job initially and also when I came in for repairs. The service was prompt, the rates more than fair and I felt I was treated like a valued customer even though it was a very small job. John also followed up with a referral to an auto trim place for an upholstery issue. I cannot remember my mechanic's name, Estevez maybe (?), but he was also great. He was very fast and did even more than promised, all for the originally quoted price. I am very happy about the work that was done on my car and will definitely be back. Thanks!

Gonz did a great job communicating to me the progress of my repair. It was completed in a timely manner and as projected. The final outcome of the repair was close to being flawless as one can expect after an accident. Overall I was happy I took my car to Gonz and will recommend them to anyone I know. Thank you.
