I brought my car for the rear bumper to be fixed and for the car to be we sanded to remove any scratches

The reason for my low score is because for lack of attention to detail. I brought the car to be detailed and found my car rear driver side soaked . Apparently the detailer did not such the water from my carpet, thus making the car smell like a mildew in the trunk as well as inside of the car,. For the price I had to pay for a professional job, I got an amateur detail.

I am satisfied with the work , but when I picked up the car, it was not ready, not washed and they miss to fix a spot on the rear end that I remember asking to be repaired
