The team at this location is very good. They made my service there nice and smooth. Dropped my car off Thursday and had it back Monday morning ready to go and looking brand new and they cleaned my car out and washed it. I would definitely come back to you guys! The only issue I had was some small drops of blue paint on my car but o called and they told me to come by anytime to get the spot out.

Went to pick up my car. Had dust from the body shop everywhere. Went in for trunk lid and bumper repair. Estimate had that and quarter panel re clearcoated. When I looked at my quarter panel they painted over and cleared over cracks in the old clear coat. My trunk lid wasn't even aligned correctly. The shop person said the crack in the left quarter panel pain was due to bondo. Alignment is to My trunk lid and convertible top cover was due to my right side quarter has been replaced. So they realign my trunk lid not top cover. So I talked to manger to give them a chance to fix the issues. Pretty much they said if I want it fixed that I would have to pay to have my left quarter panel refined. I told them that I didn't bring in for the quarter panel only bumper and trunk lid you put on the quarter panel and you mess it up and should fix it. And in return they refuse to fix. So now I have to fix it on my own dime for their bad repair. Amd most likely have to take them to court to get my money back

Repair work looks great. However the text notification can be improved. Also, communications in the office could be improved. When I dropped my car off for repair and picked it up, I was told there was no record of me coming, when I spoke to someone and scheduled a time to drop off. When I picked it up, the paperwork was not in the system, however, I was called informing me that it was ready for pickup.
