Goss Auto Body is a family owned business since 1964. We have 3 aspects of business here, our Auto Body Repair, Automotive Service Repair, and 24 Hour Towing. Each part of this business functions separate but together we are a force of knowledge and a one stop shop for your automotive needs. Our staff is smart, caring, and down to earth. We make a great team! When you step into our office we treat you like you are one of us, a part of our family. We have a warm welcoming laid back atmosphere. If you have an unforeseen circumstance a friendly caring person can make that situation a little more tolerable and our staff knows, we see it every day. This is my second car and second repair job with Goss and I have had nothing but extremely good experiences. The work performed is stellar and both times returned the car to mint factory condition. Both times I’ve had the fortune to have Nikki as my main contact and project manager and she is simply OUTSTANDING at her job. Communication, level of detail, setting expectations, professionalism and being extremely easy to ask questions and address concerns with, she’s just the best. As an example, seeing I was worried about bumper replacement due to after-market detailing, she explained that my custom striping could be re-done and covered by insurance as well as explain I could drop off rental car THERE when I expressed concerns about timing my pick up… just so on top of any customer service opportunities - it’s rare and impressive. I joked when I picked up the car that I hope I never have to see them again (ie, because I screwed up my car a third time) but should I need future work done, I’d return to Goss in a heartbeat. Highly satisfied, highly recommended. Thank you so much!
