Each part of this business functions separate but together we are a force of knowledge and a one stop shop for your automotive needs. Our staff is smart, caring, and down to earth. We make a great team! When you step into our office we treat you like you are one of us, a part of our family. We have a warm welcoming laid back atmosphere. If you have an unforeseen circumstance a friendly caring person can make that situation a little more tolerable and our staff knows, we see it every day. My dealings with Goss re repair of damage to front end of my Toyota were the most excellent I have ever had in my 65 years of having a car. They were so accommodating and made me feel mine was the only car in their shop..They looked for the best deals in new car parts. Goss kept me informed almost daily of the progress of the repairs. It was a wonderful feeling to know they were as concerned as I was about doing an excellent job and getting my Toyota back to me ASAP. Above all I so appreciated the knowledge and TLC of Nikki. If all businesses were run lay folks like the world would be a different place.
