I only went here because it was the closest shop the insurance company went through, and it was still a 45 minute drive from my house. I think I would mention the name, but I would have no praises to relay other than the quality of work. Because, like I've said, it took longer than promised, there were no updates or communication, and just a lack of customer service altogether.

When I first dropped my car off, the receptionist was on the phone, so I had to wait for at least 10 minutes before anybody said anything to me. And there were other people in the office coming and going, I was ignored. Then, the same receptionist said I would be updated on Monday and Wednesday (I dropped my car off on a Friday), and I got no update. I did get a text asking to confirm that I picked my car up, when I did not, so I called the shop and when the guy went to check on it, I was hung up on.

I am totally satisfied with the bumper replacement job to my vehicle. The Governor St Auto company is a five star company. Cassie and Lily handled everything superbly. I was kept informed and in touch with enterprise rental car service. I was never inconvenienced, a total painful experience thus far.
