Sal is a busy guy but great to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and doesn’t miss anything, especially if he committed to look into it. The staff is very courteous and goes out of their way to get an answer for you when it doesn’t fall in their area of responsibility. Last but not least, to craftworkers are phenomenal. The quality of their work is excellent. To call them artists might be insulting. I would call them Master Craftworkers.

Was consistently told the car would be done next week but took almost a month, my car was stuffed with dirty parts, other parts were handled poorly and left scratched, and shortcuts were taken during the repair. I was told multiple times I would receive a call back and never once got a return call, told multiple times the car was finished and just waiting on a wheel when the car was still sat outside no where near complete. I'm left having to replace parts out of my own pocket and put in my own labor to undo their mistakes.

everything was excellent with the exception of being informed of prgress. when i dropped my vehicle off i was told i would get email updates about progress but did not receive any updates
