The latest expansion occurred in September of 2006 with the addition of a new state of the art auto body facility in Merrillville at the intersection of Route 30 and Whitcomb. Proudly serving Northwest Indiana and the Chicago area with the utmost emphasis placed on customer satisfaction, we are always continuing education and striving to improve our business. The work on the vehicle was very well done, however, when I came to get the vehicle upon completion of the work the Secretary had a different demeanor to her attitude then she had when I brought the vehicle in, I wasn't offered an inspection of the vehicle prior to paying the $500 deductible, her body language, facial expressions and the tenior of her voice was telling me she was in a hurry to get me processed and put of the office, gone... I watched her entire body language, I wasn't impressed with her performance towards me... other then that a great job again by Govert Auto Body....
