1) the parts that came off my car was in the back. I could not put up the third row for my children due to the parts being back there. 2) the front end is not lined up at all. It is extremely messed up. 3) I now have to take my car BACK to you to fix it when it should NEVER of been allowed for me to pick it up. 4) I am very disappointed, dissatisfied, and probably will NEVER bring another veichle to you. 5) Tim in collision center has been absolutely FANTASTIC! At the moment, only positive experience with y'all.

I’ve had a previous bad experience with Graham’s sales and service dept. However, the Collison dept. was helpful. Your services are very expensive also. So that is another factor for my ratings.
