I’m so grateful to all the people I had contact with at GRANTS PASS AUTOMOTIVE during my visit in order to have my car repaired after an act of vandalism. My first contact was with Nigel Lockett, who was very kind and reassuring at explaining everything that would be required repairs and costs of the same. I also had the opportunity to talk to Ricardo from your Paint and Body Shop, who took care of matching existing paint samples, and car color nuances, to the standard VIN color code. Very helpful too, was Hunter his help person who came out with him. And I have to also mention my young friend Andrés Díaz, who now works with you and who I had met when he was still in high school, whose happy attitude when he saw and greeted me, let know that he enjoys his work with you. I got a shuttle back-and-forth from Russell, very attentive and kind person. It was a very friendly and beautiful experience that you would not expect in a car repair shop. Everyone was a 10 in respect and personality. The only thing I would say is customers need more direction in where to go to drop off their vehicles as it rather confusing since the auto body shop is not visible.
