Sadly my insurance made this whole situation terribly difficult. But Grants Pass Automotive did not. They meticulously went through our vehicle, finding everything possible that was damaged. In doing so they presented it to our hassle of an insurance step by step to take every preventative measure to make sure that our vehicle wasn't totaled so my fiance and me could drive home in our car. Every step of the way Grants Pass Automotive was understanding, caring, informative, and just out right amazing in there service. Me and my fiance will be turning to them time and time again. The repair process was really seamless and easy! Once I filed my claim, Audrey took care of all the back and forth with the insurance company which let me be totally hands off! I was grateful to not deal with the insurance company myself!

Repairs look great. Communication was good. Whole process was easy. Only complaint is the new front bumper cover was scratched during installation. Not severely but you can see it. They either didn't notice or didn't care. I think I can buff it out. Although I should not have to.
