We had purchased our 2025 Outback Touring XT from Greyson Subaru and have had older Outback's serviced there as well. Give we have been very pleased with their service department, it was a logical conclusion we would have our vehicle repaired there incident to our accident. The service we received at their collision center was excellent, just like their service department. The repair estimator was thorough and kept us informed of the repair's progress. Within a weeks time our car was repaired back to factory specs and we have been pleased with the results.

Everything was great except for the overspray. There are tiny paint dots all over my windshield, windows, and other parts of the car. They’re very noticeable and can’t be removed easily. It looks like paint mist settled on the surface during the repair process. I’d like to have this issue properly addressed and removed, since it affects the overall finish and visibility.

First, they had the car a month to fix a dent. Then when we picked it up, it had brownish, orangish spots all over it that were very difficult to remove. My wife took it back and a manager there tried to tell her it was "rail dust" that just happens to white cars. He said she should take it to a detail shop to get it taken care of. She had to stand her ground and insist that the car was not like that when we brought it in. We are very meticulous with our vehicles, and it certainly didn't have anything like that on it before. Clearly, it happened at the shop, most likely from metal particles in the air from grinders or machinery. The man argued with her but finally agreed, but then said he couldn't get to it for a while. It took them another 4 business days to finally get the car buffed and ready. This should have never happened in the first place, but we would be ok with it if they had not tried to make my wife think it wasn't their fault. The car is fixed and looks great now, but we will never do business with them again.
