Greatwood Collision did an exceptional repair job on my vehicle. They kept me informed as to the anticipated completion date. And even finished a little a ahead of schedule. When I picked it up, it had been cleaned and looked as good as when I drove it off the Ford dealer lot.

The center called me on Friday at 4:30pm, shop close at 6 pm, only gave 1.5 hours to rush there to pick up my car. The shop close on Saturday, Sunday and Memorial Monday. I had called the shop in the morning and aware the car would be ready but some one waited almost last minute to notify me. I had to drop everything i was doing and rush there, the traffic was bad. I was very upset. As far as the repair job, I have no issue.

I was disappointed when I first called Monday morning and was told they couldn't give me an estimate until late Wednesday, They finally agreed to Tuesday at 4 but when I got there & waited 15 minutes the receptionist just made pictures and said I'd get an estimate later. After getting nothing by Wednesday I called back to get the estimate and asked that the parts be ordered.
