The staff in the office were super friendly and helpful. I appreciate the constant updates on the progress of the repairs. Only one suggestion for improvement. The pressure for the new tire was left at 44 psi, which was way beyond the 33 psi as suggested by the car manufacturer. Maybe an opportunity for training the technician to pay attention to details.

Front desk staff very welcoming, so were a few of the mechanic guys who said hello. Staff very efficient on sign in process, did not take long for my car to get fixed at all and I received email status updates each day. Pick up was quick. This place is efficient, quick, and friendly and they did the job right - what more can you ask for??? HIGHLY RECOMMEND Greatwood Collision Center.

This was my second time to use Greatwood Collision and both times they exceeded my expectations.The car was restored to its original state in a timely manner. From the initial visit to get an estimate until completion, it was a great experience. Everyone was very professional and the car looks great!
